Title: Founding Designer at Wearloom

Base Salary: $100,000-$140,000

Equity: 0.5-2%

Location: Hybrid/Remote (founders based in SF)

📌 What You’ll Do: As a designer on the founding team you’ll be tasked with creating and implementing the company’s brand and design language. This will stretch across our landing page, product, emails, and social. Our company rests on being the easiest to use product to shop secondhand, and building a brand that consumers are excited to share. You will be the person that makes that happen.

Job Requirements:

• Demonstrated history of building design languages from scratch
• Experience with software product design across desktop and mobile
• Comfortable in an unstructured and fast-paced environment
• Highly communicative, open to giving and receiving feedback, value clear priorities
